Undergraduate Interns

Research in our lab builds on solid programming and machine learning skills, so we generally accept undergraduate interns in their fourth year or later. Students in their third year or earlier are considered only if they are already comfortable with Python (and PyTorch) programming and have studied machine learning or deep learning on their own.

If you are not yet familiar with Python programming, machine learning, and deep learning, or have not taken related courses, we recommend studying these first and contacting us afterwards.

In your email, please include:

• Your major and year
• Related courses you have taken (e.g., machine learning, deep learning)
• Your programming experience, with a GitHub link or project examples if available
• The research topics you are interested in
